Jim Kramer is an Investment Advisor and Insurance Broker. He has been in the Financial Services industry since 1990. Jim previously served as Director of Sales for the Principal Financial Group and holds the following degrees and designations:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
  • Master of Business Administration degree in Economics from the New York Institute of Technology.
  • Registered Employee Benefits Consultant designation from the American College.
  • Registered Health Underwriter designation from the American College.

Jill Denman

Service Associate

With a background in financial investment since February 2025, Jill Denman brings a wealth of experience from various administrative and management roles across the grocery, home recreation, and insurance industries. Currently serving as a Service Associate at Kramer Investment Services in Lake Geneva, Jill is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to clients.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys reading on her Kindle and exploring her passion for genealogy. Above all, her greatest pride is her family, which includes her wonderful husband, a grown daughter and son, and her most cherished joy—her grandson.

Tricia Ruby

Administrative Assistant

Tricia moved back to the area in 2018, years after living in IL, but missing the memories of her childhood  here….. enjoying swimming, boating, and skiing on our beautiful lakes. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Illinois State University and also has a WI Realtor license. She has two adult children and enjoys running marathons as well as managing several properties.  Tricia takes pride in assisting Jim with all the office duties while serving clients with care.
